Kiwifruit Icecream

Serves 1+ Ingredients Method

3 ripe Kiwifruit

1⁄2 cup of whipping cream

3 tblsp of icing sugra

1 tblsp of brandy

Peel the Kiwifruit and mash to a pulp. Whip the cream until thick and mix in the sugar and brandy. Fold Kiwifruit evenly into the cream mixture. Turn into a small mould or freezer tray and cover with wax paper. Freeze for several hours until firm. Remove from freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
